We have made the application process as simple as possible, so it should only take you around 45 minutes to complete. It can be saved at any time and finished later.
Important information to consider before you begin:
- You need to be employed as a permanent employee of Qantas to be eligible for a grant.
- You may only submit one application each grant round.
- You will be required to provide evidence of your involvement (volunteering or fundraising effort) with the
nominated eligible community organisation as part of the application process.
Supporting documents must be uploaded with
your application.

- To save your application and progress to the next page, click on the 'Next' button. Your application will be automatically saved.

To save and return to your application at a later date, go directly to the 'Submission Page' by clicking on the 'Submission' tab above, then click on the 'Save Application' button.
A link to your application will be sent via email.

Click on the 'Submit' button on the submission page once all the required information has been provided.
You will receive a confirmation email which also provides you with the full details of your application for your
records.
